Re: [Quickfix-developers] configure --with-mysql

when I ran create_mysql.sh I got:

ERROR 1044 at line 1 in file: 'quickfix_database.sql': Access denied for user: '@localhost' to database 'quickfix'

 

I have never used mysql before :(

What is wrong here ?  do I need to add the user to some group? am I supposed to run something as root?
