Hello,

I discovered a difference between QuickFix 1.7.0 and the FIX 4.3 definition
of the
tag SecurityIDSource. Within QuickFix it is defined as CHAR whereas the FIX
protocol
definition defines it as a string with the remark 100+ are reserved for
private security
identifications.

Well, the fix of this problem is rather simple but it would be nice to
include the changes
for the next QF release. Or is there a specific reason why the definition
is set to CHAR?
