[Quickfix-developers] Bug or 'Feature' ?

Pay attention to tag # 9710. There is no value for the tag.

I think per FIX specs, a tag must have a value.

Obviously, 9710 is a custom tag. I don't know if that has something to
do with it.

I'm using QF ver. 1.6.0 with no patches. Win32.
