[Quickfix-developers] CVS changes

I'm doing some pretty big shifting around of files in
CVS, so the repository will be in a transitory state
for the next couple hours.  It is  unlikely that the
code will build for you if you check out from
sourceforge.  I will post again when the moves are
complete.
