Well the *nix version requires a configuration flag
that tells the compiler where to find the stlport
header files and library.  The equivalent process in
windows would be to setup STLPORT with msvc and
recompile quickFIX, or to modify the QuickFIX project
file to tell it where to find the header files and
library.
