[Quickfix-developers] Are SettingUp Project instructions ( Windows C++ ) complete?

 Instructions for setting up new project are given there for Windows ( =
C++ ).

Problem:

 Do the following directories need to be set in "Tools->Options" of =
MSDev ?

Tools | Options | Directories |
  Add path for "D:\Adapters\FIX\QuickFIX\quickfix-1.6.0\include"
                and "D:\Adapters\FIX\QuickFIX\quickfix-1.6.0\lib"

Please clarify in this regard.
