I just checked that all changes made since the release date (2003-08-28) 
are the changes made by Alex Hornby

So tagged the latest release by time:

	cvs rtag -D 20030828 RELEASE_1_6_0 quickfix

Anybody who wants to check this release can now use

	cvs upd -rRELEASE_1_6_0 quickfix
