[Quickfix-developers] Duplicate messages in incoming_log many times.

I have found the same message inserted into my incoming_log many times in a
row.  Only the ID and time fields change.  These duplicate messages appear
about 450 times each second.  Has anyone seen this or does anyone havea
solution?
