[Quickfix-developers] What decides TargetCompID

Hi

Is TargetCompID in conifguration file and TargetCompID used  within header
of
NewOrder Single message same?

I have one mediator which first receives the message.
and this  order need to reach final receiver through this mediator.

Mediator          "Reuters"
Final Receiver          "Boston Institutional"

In such case what will  be TargetCompId in message header of New Order
Single
message.
