[Quickfix-developers] ScreenLog and timestamp

I notice in the ScreenLog class, the current time is only set in
onIncoming with m_time.setCurrent();
and not in OnOutGoing or OnEvent.  Does this mean the time stamp in the
ScreenLog
output is only current as of the last call to onIncoming ?
