You need need to create a quickfix database by running
the batch or shell script in the sql directory.  Then
you just need to use a MySQLMessageStore store in
place of the FileMessageStore.  Otherwise the
configuration file allows you to provide any
connection/account info.  Does this answer your
question or did you already know this much?
