[Quickfix-developers] Linker warning: LNK4243

Has anyone compiled QF 1.5.0 with Visual Studio .Net 2003 and .NET
Framework 1.1? When I try it I get:
 
LINK : warning LNK4243: DLL containing objects compiled with /clr is not
linked with /NOENTRY; image may not run correctly
 
Although there is no linker warning when this is compiled with 2002
version of Visual Studio.
