[Quickfix-developers] Building QuickFIX for C# without Visual Studio .NET

Hello,

I have been using QuickFIX through its Java API and now, I would like 
(rather: I have) to use it through its C# API.
The problem is: I have only Visual C++; I don't have Visual Studio .NET.

How can I build QuickFix for C# without Visual Studio .NET ?
