[Quickfix-developers] Daylight Savings

For users of QuickFIX that are in timezones affected by Daylight Savings, a
quick reminder.  Remember that your session times are set using UTC, which
is unaffected by daylight savings.  This means you may have to modify your
session times during the time change so that your sessions are active
during your local buisiness hours.
