[Quickfix-developers] Missing header (or out of date .cpp) in java src dir

Hi,

The header FileMessageStore.h seems to be missing from
quickfix/src/java.

Without it I can't build FileMessageStore.cpp. Perhaps this .cpp is
obsolete and should be removed?
