I'm not sure how your code will compile, because you're not using the right
types.

I think you want:

    FIX44::Email::NoLinesOfText grp;
    FIX::Text text;

    msg.get(1, grp);  // indexes start at 1, not 0
    grp.get(text); // saves line 1 into `text`
    // ... do something with `text`; perhaps save/append it to another
string var

    msg.get(2, grp);
    grp.get(text);  // saves line 2 into 'text`

    // etc for all lines

Obviously you should use `message.getField(noLinesOfText)` to find out how
many lines there are, and adapt the above into a loop.
