I am getting started on quickfix. It would be of great help. If Somone
could point to below.

If there is any documentation specific to build and development tools like
cmake, libtool, cscope, ctags in context of quickfix.
Any blog to get started quickly.

Also if there are any performance metrics comparing quickfixj and
quickfixc++.
