[Quickfix-developers] How is HAVE_POSTGRESQL enabled?

Hi All,

I am trying to build quickerFix engine and I am facing an issue with
PostgreSQL.
When the configure is run, I see that PostgreSQL is enabled and
HAVE_POSTGRESQL is defined to be 1. Could you please advise how this
information is inferred and how to turn it off? Basically, I would like to
switch off the compilation of PostgreSQL related files.
