Hi

What's the best way to get notified in my application about this please:

2015-10-14 11:00:47,039 ERROR QFJ Timer quickfixj.errorEvent FIXT.1.1:BNPP01SSTEST->NEPTUNECERT: java.net.ConnectException: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: no further information (Next retry in 60000 milliseconds)
