[Quickfix-users] ODBC in .Net build?

Hi,
   I would like to clarify something regarding the new ODBC store and 
logging capability. I am using the .Net quickfix binaries, and I cannot 
locate the ODBC classes anywhere in those dlls. Does ODBC support 
require building the source distribution with the MSSQL preprocessor 
flag set?
