what fields are filled in by quickfix when the SessionID form of
'sendToTarget' is used?  all the required fields in the header
(BeginString, BodyLength, SenderCompID, TargetCompID, MsgSeqNum,
and SendingTime) except MsgType?  and the CheckSum in the trailer?
