This is a logviewer we have been using internally for a couple  
years.  We've put it in a releasable state along with substantial  
user documentation.  While taking a look at this, also check out  
log4fix at http://www.opentradingsolutions.org/blog/log4fix/, and  
Hermes JMS at http://www.hermesjms.com/.  All of these take different  
approaches to managing FIX logs which should prove useful in  
different scenarios.
