Hi Greg, I'm not sure which version/language of QuickFIX you are using, but I committed a modification to QuickFIX/J's FileLogFactory to support optional milliseconds in time=20 stamps. See the doc/usermanual/usage/configuration.html file in the CVS HEAD for details about how to configure the options.
