Hi Matthew,

Is it only the first order after logon that has the problem?

Do you send the order immediately after the session create or
after you receive the onLogon callback?

Have you tried getting a thread dump during that first three minutes
to see if any threads are blocked in suspicious places (e.g., deadlock)?
I'm guessing there's no deadlock because the heartbeat would not be
sent if the session was locked.
