I had to manually link a bunch of stuff that were in the Platform SDK but not
included with Express and even modify a .h file because the way MS shipped it,
it wouldn't work on a non-64-bit compile, but comsupp.lib is included and
linked.

I haven't given up yet.

For what it's worth, I can get "quickfix" and "atrun" to compile but 
not at, pt
or ut.  All end with the same errors

Any suggestions?
