Hi,

I'm sorry, but I forgot to do this... Actually (regarding this particular
usecase) according to quickfix termination message:

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::logic_error'
  what():  Tried to send a reject while not logged on

termination seems to be caused by broken logic in Session.cpp.
