[Quickfix-users] Fix 4.0: execution reports, field Rule80A/47

Quickfix seems to be rejecting execution reports where field 47=3DI.  =
Does
anyone know how I can turn off validation for this field or fix it so it
can handle I as a value (it should be valid as per fixionary).
