No we don't, but people do keep asking about this.  I'm actually kind 
of curious about what people are looking for in this regard.  Aside 
from a standard XML API, what sort of add ons would you be looking for 
in a FIXML tool?  Are you looking to translate between FIX and FIXML?  
Are the normal XML parsers too generic, and you something with more 
specific knowledge if FIXML would be useful?
