[Quickfix-users] Mixed managed/unmanaged code and /NOENTRY

When building quickfix_net.dll using Visual Studio .NET 2003 I get the
following:
LINK : warning LNK4243: DLL containing objects compiled with /clr is not
linked with /NOENTRY; image may not run correctly

Being unfamiliar with mixed managed/unmanaged code, I read the following
article:
