Simple port forwarding app that will perform encryptio on outbound and 
decryption on inbound packets. Very simple, elegant solution.

Currently no.  We do have plans to inegrate openssl
(http://www.openssl.org/) into QuickFIX, but have not
yet done so.  I havn't looked at the library very
closely so I'm not sure how big a task it would be.
(if someone has already done this please let us know!)
