[Quickfix-users] settings file

I am new to FIX and Quick FIX.  We have a trade order management system that
runs on Windows provider by our broker. I want to automatically send trades
from Linux and they don't have a Linux API.  However, the vendor will let me
send FIX messages to their server which will in turn be displayed on my Windows
client apps.  So, I want to use QuickFIX as a sort of API.

I would think that I need to put account/password info into my QuickFIX
session settings file.  However, I do not see that in the examples.  What other
information should I need there?  Please advise.
