Just check the Lists section of http://sourceforge.net/projects/quickfix/, perhaps you can enter new messages here. Currently, the access to sourceforge lists seems to give ERRORS so I cannot try this myself. > 2.) Is there a search field function for the message archive at the web site ? Yes, the search function of sourceforge is always on the left side, immediately below the login section. It is context sensitive, that is if you are viewing mailing lists you can search inside the current list. It took me some time to get aware of this unexpected location of the search function... > 3.) Is there a monthly or yearly (!!!) digest (=collection) of all old quickfix mailinglist messages > within one single file (which can be downloaded) ? See my answer to the first message. > 4.) Is the quickfix developer mailingslist for users that are developing quickfix itself or for users > which are developing other applications with embedded quickfix (or both) ? I think the quickfix-users list was intended for users developing applications with QuickFIX, but there is nearly no traffic in this lists since all questions related to the usage of QuickFIX are also discussed in the developers list which is probably intended for the development of QuickFIX. So the best would be to post all your questions on the developers list. Just my experience -- I hope I do not speak against your policy, Oren.
