It's possible that parser missed this.  This xml file is generated from the
FIX org's published HTML spec, which was done by hand.  Sometimes this means
that certain parts of it were done a little differently which confuses the
parser.  The parser just needs to be made aware of that special case.  These
show up pretty rarely, but are found once in a while.

Hello,

In the FIX42.xml, FIX41.xml, and FIX40.xml, "P = Market peg" for tag
"ExcecInst" is missing. The value P was mentioned in
fix-42-with_errata_20010501.html for New Order
- Single.
FIXimate for 4.0, 4.1, and 4.2 on www.fixprotocol.org has "P = Market peg"
as a value for "ExcecInst".

Did anyone notice this? Are there any other values missing in the xml file?
