Thanks to Kenneth Moriill we have resolved the issues with compilations
under Slackware and Mandrake 8.1.  Version 1.0.1 is now available for
download at http://quickfix.sourceforge.net/download.html.  For anyone who
compiles with gcc, you should upgrade.  Windows NT/2000 users, this version
won't make a difference for you. Please check out the latest FAQ for other
issues you may run into under linux.
