I don't seem to have this:

QuickFix42.MarketDataIncrementalRefresh

I have

QuickFix.FIX42.MarketDataIncrementalRefresh

and compiler can't find a suitable onMessage() overide.

Have I declared stuff wrong?

using QuickFix;
using QuickFix.Fields;
using QuickFix.FIX42;
