[Quickfix-developers] QuickFIX source code hosting has been moved to github

As promised, the QuickFIX repository has been moved over to github.  The
subversion repository on sourceforge is now locked and will no longer
receive updates.  The new repository is located at
https://github.com/quickfix/quickfix

Among other things, this should make code submissions much easier.
