Hi Mike,

Finally, QF is up and running on VS2012 64 bit machine (windows 7), all
issues were resolved. The problem was due to
"Microsoft.Cpp.UpgradeFromVC71.props" file is blank. Also, Re-installation
of Quick FIX solved the issue.
