Hi Mike,

Ok..,  I didn't loop through the application.run(). The code I was using
simply:
initiator.start();
application.run();
initiator.stop();

and the application.run() has all the elements that you suggested me to
follow using the examples (toApp, fromApp, toAdmin, fromAdmin with message
cracker) and I also ensured that getting and setting 
fields using the type safe ways.


My other question..., is how to create a DC (execution reports) without
staging the order using Quick FIX ? i.e.., how to use Quick FIX for only
listening purposes (without sending the actual message to Target) ? Is this
possible, if so how ?
