I have clients attempting to connect to my listener port with bad logon tags
and my App does not get any invocation that such attempt was done. I need to
log either at the Quickfix level or at my application that a message was
received and it was rejected. This could apply to any messages - Orders. 

I am using C++ quickfix-1.13.3 library.
