[Quickfix-developers] OrderCancelReject .net quickfix4.2 Never got a response

Hi,
I received one OrderCancelReject. I am sure for this as i see it in the log file
The problem is that, the method fromApp(...) is never called.
I am using quickfix4.2 with .net.
I have seen other posts reporting the same issue. Is there any bug?
