Thanks for the patches, Martin. Can you give some tips applying the patches. 1) Which patches do I need to fix only examples in C++? 2) When I run command: patch -p1 < quickfix-src-examples-autotools-patches.patch I get: Reversed (or previously applied) patch detected! Assume -R? [n] So, what so I do in this case, just say Y? 2) tradeclient example needs the input config file. Where do I get this file? Thank you!
