Ricci,

the session object as a reset() method which resets the seq no's.

This is what it looks like in vb.net

        Dim SessionID As QuickFix.SessionID
        Dim mySession As QuickFix.Session
        mySession = Session.lookupSession(SessionID)
        mySession.reset()

You could call it before the start() method or maybe after a logout event.
