[Quickfix-developers] Sequence number and Tag 141

Hi all,

I am building an automatic trading application that sends orders to  
our broker using quickfix.

What would be the benefit of sending tag 141=Y?

Would quickfix handle sequence number resets?

Is there any advantage in sending tag 141=N?
