[Quickfix-developers] How do I connect to ICE Exchange using a logon message in C++

I am new to QuickFix and I want to connect to ICE exchange to place Orders
(fix message).I first new to login with my username and password with ICE
but don't know the exact step to connect to.Please can anyone provide as to
how I can connect using a logon message with ICE or any exchange using C++.
