[Quickfix-users] Does quickfix work with every counterpart product supporting FIX v4.4?

Sorry for this question:
Assume I create FIX messages with a client based on quickfix.
I send them to another company which owns a different FIX product (but which supports
FIX 4.4 as well). 

Does quickfix cooperate in such a scenario with other products or are there 
incompatibilities?
