[Quickfix-users] millisec in timestamps not showing

[DKL-Gator <dl...@sx...>]

I have MillisecondsInTimeStamp set to Y in my config file. However when I
create a timestamp such as with the following code, the timestamp in the
message does not have milliseconds in it. What am I doing wrong?

message.set(FIX::ExpireTime(FIX::UtcTimeStamp()));
