[Quickfix-developers] transmission of new/ modified order time in FIX message

hi guys,
Could u please help me out with your suggestions as  which field to use for
transmiting the Date and Time at which a new  order is placed in the Order
server and also when the order is modified .and also how to convert from the
SYSTEMTIME format in win32 in a fix message..do i need to use custom
messages?
