Hamza,
You can add start/end day parameters to both sides independently. More
specifically, each session can have it's own parameters, regardless of
initiator/acceptor status. So it would be possible to have an initiator
session that runs Sun-Sat and an acceptor session that runs Mon-Fri, for
example.
