Will the issues from the old bugtracker be migrated to the new system, or they are gone?

  So as many of you have noticed the old bugtrcker was causing a lot of problems and was becoming overrun by spam bots.  We've axed the old bugtracker and deployed a new one which uses the Arctic bugtracker.  It is available at the same location, http://www.quickfixengine.org/bugtracker
