[Quickfix-users] .net Error

I have this errors when I compile the VB.net Application Code.

Dim acceptor As New SocketAcceptor(application, factory, settings,
logFactory, messageFactory)

error:Error Name 'factory' is not declared.
Can You give the Solution to the Error?
